We addressed practical questions of policy and technology for returning to in-person practice, and introduced some ideas of how our sangha may benefit from the “hybrid” forms we are developing. This is a large topic, but we made time to spark ideas on areas like the pros and cons of “hybrid” meetings, strategies for dealing with vaccinated vs unvaccinated participants, nuts and bolts audio/visual items like camera angles and clear sound over zoom, and how we envision working with students over the internet going forward.

This was an important discussion on current Covid trends as well as ways to include sangha members who live at a distance once we could open up again. Many of us had new or returning students who had connected through zoom, and we wanted to keep in contact with them.
