In 2000 I started Zenpractice with Irene Kaigetsu and became dharmaholder in 2021 And received Shiho in 2025.

In the University Hospital Groningen Netherland (UMCG) I lead mediattion groups (Attent) for people working in the hospital. As a conversation leader, I also supervise mirror conversations, a wonderful way to connect both the perspective of patients, loved ones and caregivers in all openness.

Irene kaigetsu trained me to live with dying. In oncological care, I give retreats to people with cancer where the young people (AYA's) are a specific group. I also provide training existential care to caregivers.

I am married, my husband has four children and we have five grandchildren.
I play bass accordion in an ensemble.
