Nicolee Jikyo Roshi received Dharma Transmission (authorization to teach ) in the White Plum Lineage from Maezumi Roshi in 1995 and Inka (final seal of approval) from Genpo Merzel Roshi in 2006. She is the co-founder of Three Treasures Zen Community (TTZC), a Marriage and Family Therapist, married to Barry Kaigen McMahon Roshi, a mother, grandmother, painter and beader, and developer of the Practice of Immediacy in the Arts (practiceofimmediacy.com). Nicolee and Barry Roshis retired from TTZC in 2022. Becca Shoshin Topol Sensei took over as the head teacher at TTZC in 2022.
Nicolee Roshi has seven successors: Robert Joshin Althouse Roshi, Bill Yoshin Jordan Roshi, Jake Jiyu Gage Roshi, Joan Hogetsu Hoeberichts Roshi, Annie Purna Pirruccello Roshi, Marzena Ryonen Rey Roshi, Steve Aishi Sarian Sensei.
