Started zen practice in 1987 with Genpo Merzel, was a resident monk at Kanzeon Zen Center from 1995 - 2002 and became a dharmaholder in 2001.
I received Shiho from Joan Halifax Roshi in March 2012 and Inka in April 2024.

I worked as a systems therapist in psychiatry and psycho-oncology.
And have two sons, one daughter, and nine grandchildren.
